About You As the Catering Sales Coordinator, you support catering sales by actively helping source opportunities, manage leads, and move orders from inquiry to completion. This role plays an important part in driving sales by ensuring leads are followed up on, opportunities are not missed, and orders are handled accurately. You work closely with the Catering Sales Manager and restaurant teams to support outreach efforts, manage communication, and keep both new and existing catering business moving forward.

Support daily prospecting efforts by identifying leads, assisting with outreach, and following up on potential catering opportunities
Respond to inbound catering inquiries and help convert interest into confirmed orders
Assist with outreach follow-up, including email communication and lead tracking
Enter, update, and manage catering orders in systems and dashboards with a high level of accuracy
Confirm order details with guests, including timing, menu selections, delivery or pickup, and payment
Coordinate remotely with restaurant teams to align on order details and readiness for execution
Track upcoming orders and proactively communicate any changes or needs
Maintain organized records of client communication, lead activity, and order history
Identify repeat business opportunities and support ongoing client relationships
Assist with post-order follow-up to gather feedback and support retention
What You Bring to the Team
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
1+ year of experience in hospitality, catering, restaurant operations, sales support, or customer service
Restaurant and/or catering experience is preferred
Interest or experience in sales, prospecting, or business development
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple leads, orders, and timelines
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with ordering platforms, dashboards, or similar systems
Ability to stay organized and follow through in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable supporting outreach efforts and communicating with guests and internal teams
Proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
This is a remote role based in the United States, requiring a reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently while staying responsive and collaborative across teams
