About You As the Quality Assurance Coordinator (Temp), you support the day-to-day execution of Food Safety and Quality Assurance programs across Noodles & Company’s supply chain and restaurants. You bring strong organization, attention to detail, and a systems-oriented mindset to help keep certifications, documentation, ticket workflows, and invoices on track. In this role, you work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to provide operational and administrative support that helps protect the guest experience and ensures QA processes run smoothly.

Pay Range: $30-$34/hour
Position Duration: This is a temporary role with an estimated expectation of 4 months, with a potential to extend.
Your Day in the Life
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for Quality Assurance programs across supply chain partners and restaurants
Track and manage supplier and partner certifications and recertifications, including maintaining records and monitoring expiration dates
Serve as a ServiceNow administrator for QA-related tickets, including intake, routing, tracking, and follow-up
Support first-line QA requests and questions, escalating issues to the QA Manager as appropriate
Assist with invoice processing, tracking, and reconciliation for QA-related vendors and services
Maintain and organize QA documentation, including audit records, supplier approvals, and program files
Support the coordination of third-party food safety audits, including documentation gathering and follow-up tracking
Assist with data entry, reporting, and system updates across QA tools and internal databases
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, Operations, Training, and Finance to ensure accurate information flow
Provide support on QA projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed
Use guest service feedback to address quality issues related to guests and restaurants
Support the execution of any necessary field product holds/recalls/retrievals, including communication with restaurants and consumers.
What You Bring to the Team
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum two years of professional experience in the food industry.
Restaurant experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of HACCP, auditing principles, and process control.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable working within structured processes
Experience supporting ticketing systems, workflows, or shared inboxes (ServiceNow preferred)
Comfort handling invoices, vendor documentation, and routine administrative processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
Ability to maintain confidential and proprietary information
Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. While we prioritize candidates who reside locally, we may consider remote arrangements for highly qualified candidates outside of Colorado.
