Overview
About You As the Off-Premise & Digital Operations Specialist (Temp), you will be at the forefront of our marketing and operational initiatives, focusing on the management and optimization of order channels, new restaurant openings (NROs), digital product support, and industry research. Off-Premise at Noodles & Company encompasses all customer interactions that occur outside of our physical restaurants, including Carryout, Curbside, Digital Ordering, Call Ahead Ordering, Delivery, Pick-Up Windows, and Catering. Our digital program includes the management of our brand website, ordering platforms, apps, and digital listings. In this role, you will work closely with the Off-Premise and Digital teams to enhance our brand presence and eCommerce channels, helping to execute our overarching off-premise strategy.

Pay range: $26-$30/hour
Your Day in the Life
Platform Development & Management
Work with third-party vendors for online ordering, 3PD, and Call Center services. Oversee key operations such as live agent performance, automation, Rapid Reorder, billing, and regular partner meetings.
Coordinate, test, and roll out new ordering channels for corporate and franchise locations. Ensure menu accuracy, manage location settings, and oversee NRO onboarding/closure processes for corporate and franchise locations.
Stay updated on industry trends, conduct competitive research, and identify opportunities to enhance the To-Go experience.
Work closely with IT, Accounting, Marketing, and other teams. Represent Off-Premise in key meetings and maintain comprehensive reporting.
Collaborate with the Director of Catering Sales to identify external opportunities and improve internal processes, including managing relationships with external catering partners.
Data Stewardship and Configuration
Ensure accuracy in menu items, imagery, and location details across all digital ordering channels and platforms. Support new restaurant openings with enabling online ordering and publishing accurate online information.
Assist in developing and maintaining content on Noodles.com. Manage commerce deep links and local business listings on search engines and directories.
Marketing Support
Assist in executing Off-Premise marketing strategies, including digital channel campaigns and competitive research. Manage promotional codes across departments on Olo.
Operations Support & Education
Develop and refine processes, respond to field and CSO inquiries, and lead Ops leadership meetings to improve third-party platform metrics.
Identify and address training opportunities for FAOs on new and existing programs, providing onboarding and educational support.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative, business development, or Noodles restaurant experience.
Experience with third-party delivery partners, Drupal, and listing management platforms (e.g., Yext, Google Business Profiles) is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to build professional relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Olo is a plus.
Ability to navigate ordering platforms and supporting dashboards.
Familiarity with Noodles ordering platforms, including desktop, mobile, app, and Noodles Rewards.

This is a hybrid role in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
