About You As the HRIS Analyst, your primary focus is supporting and maintaining the Human Resources Information System, Workday, and other tools managed by the HRIS team. You serve as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and partner with subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, test system changes, write reports, and analyze data flows for process improvement. You are the primary contact for day-to-day system maintenance and provide support for upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

Scholarship opportunities through Noodles Foundation
Provide ongoing support for Workday and other HR systems, including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws. Escalate as necessary to HRIS Director.
Respond to employee tickets for system assistance, including password resets.
Perform scheduled activities, audits, and reporting.
Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries, analyzing data, and monitoring support ticket activity.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train new system users.
Apply creative thinking and stay current on Workday updates and HRIS best practices to research, implement, or recommend solutions that meet business needs.
Create and maintain organizations and hierarchies within Workday.
Appoint and maintain security assignments in the ATS system.
Monitor integration results and escalate as necessary.
Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of Workday upgrades and patches by collaborating with functional and technical staff and documenting processes and results.
Act as the go-to expert and escalation point for the HR team regarding the HRIS.
What You Bring to the Team
Three to five years of Workday HRIS experience required; Security module expertise strongly preferred.
Systems implementation experience preferred.
One to two years of project management experience preferred.
Previous restaurant or retail industry experience preferred.
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems by displaying curiosity and taking initiative to independently research solutions.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proven intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization with both written and verbal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Ability to manage confidential information in a professional manner.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
