About You As the Training Design Specialist, you collaborate with the training team on the design, development and delivery of training, owning the delivery of information via the Learning Management System (LMS) for eLearning, The Binder (Playerlync) and Forms.

Scholarship opportunities through Noodles Foundation
Oversee the LMS (Learning Management System), including but not limited to, publishing courses, updating content and managing members.
Oversee the Binder and Forms ensuring all content is updated, organized, and assigned to the appropriate team.
Write effective, consistent, and up to date training materials and courses that support key initiatives as assigned.
Create training videos with voiceover/audio to support visual and auditory learning.
Edit and Prepare training and communication materials for print and internal distribution.
Develop and design training materials and visual aids.
Establish and implement instructional design, training delivery methods and standards based on multiple adult learning styles.
Monitor training and development trends, incorporating relevant innovations and technologies into Noodles’ training strategy and tools.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Organizational Development, Training and Development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of two years of industry-related experience
Restaurant operations experience required, with a proven track record in training development.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Creative, flexible, and able to adapt to industry and business changes
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe Premiere Pro preferred.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to exercise independent judgment
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
