About You As the Ops Training Manager, you oversee the design and implementation of training and development programs for Team Members, Managers, and Managers in Training (MITs). You ensure our operational processes and procedures are documented clearly and reflect company standards. You’ll also partner closely with the Training Design Manager to ensure training content is delivered effectively and supports strong execution in the field.

Lead the team in creating organized, engaging training and development programs for restaurant Team Members, Managers, and MITs.
Develop clear, consistent, and up-to-date training materials and courses that align with key business initiatives as assigned.
Serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of restaurant operations, including evaluating restaurant performance and identifying opportunities for improved execution and consistency.
Collaborate with Ops Services Team to provide feedback and ensure materials support operational needs.
Create training videos with voiceover/audio to support visual and auditory learning.
Manage administrative support for the Ops Services team, including overseeing printed materials inventory, shipping to restaurants, reporting, and responding to field requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
Ensure all training materials are accurate, up to date, well-organized, and accessible to the appropriate teams.
Apply instructional design best practices and training delivery methods to support diverse adult learning styles and maximize engagement.
Monitor training and development trends, incorporating relevant innovations and technologies into Noodles’ training strategy and tools.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Organizational Development, Training and Development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of three years of industry-related experience
A proven track record in both training development and restaurant operations
Restaurant operations experience required
Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Creative, flexible, and able to adapt to industry and business changes
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop preferred
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to exercise independent judgment
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
