About You As a Field Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that drive results at the local and regional level. This includes leading strategies that shape the in-restaurant experience, activate local marketing efforts, and support successful new restaurant openings. You also play a key role in strengthening our franchise community - providing tools, insights, and ideas to support their growth and consistency. This role works cross-functionally with channel leads and teams across the organization to ensure a connected, impactful, and guest-centric experience at every local touchpoint.

Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to bring the Noodles brand to life in our restaurants—building programs, campaigns, and experiences that strengthen guest connection and drive relevancy at the local level.
Develop and execute impactful field marketing initiatives, including new restaurant openings, seasonal activations, and community partnerships—supported by toolkits, strategic guidance, and hands-on execution in restaurants when needed.
Create meaningful partnerships that reflect the brand’s values and resonate with local audiences, helping our restaurants show up authentically in the communities they serve.
Design and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance, guest engagement, and traffic-driving efforts—using data to inform future strategies and continuously improve outcomes.
Serve as a strategic connector between Restaurant Operations, Marketing, and our franchise partners—ensuring localized initiatives align with broader brand goals and deliver on the guest experience.
Support the development of in-restaurant materials and communications that reinforce campaign messaging and empower teams to execute with clarity and consistency.
Champion fresh thinking and agile problem-solving—balancing strategy with in-the-field presence to ensure every activation is thoughtfully executed and guest-focused.
Some travel may be required for openings, community events, and in-restaurant support
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
5–6 years of experience in a related marketing or field-based role; restaurant or retail industry experience is a plus.
Ability to build measurement tools and reporting platforms to showcase the impact of local marketing.
Proven experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and using insights to drive marketing decisions.
Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative, relationship-focused mindset.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Google Analytics and BI reporting.
Ability to work independently while staying connected to broader team goals.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
A positive, flexible attitude and a passion for guest experience and brand storytelling.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
This role requires up to 25% travel.
