About You As a Manager of eCommerce – Third-Party Delivery, you will lead the growth and optimization of our third-party delivery partnerships and off-premise ordering channels. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key third-party marketplace partners (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.), driving profitable sales, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences outside the four walls. This role is critical to maximizing reach, profitability, and guest satisfaction across a rapidly growing part of our business, and will work cross-functionally to develop initiatives that enhance off-premise convenience, menu performance, and operational excellence.

Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party delivery platforms, managing day-to-day operations, co-marketing efforts, and contract negotiations.
Lead the long-term strategy for third-party platforms, including expansion opportunities, revenue targets, and investment priorities.
Build and maintain relationships with third-party account managers to align on goals, resolve operational issues, and optimize performance.
Manage promotional budgets, ad strategies, and campaigns for platforms like DoorDash, UberEats, and Grubhub.
Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and profitability, including pricing, menu optimization, and order economics.
Track ROI for ad spend and experiment with new tools and features to enhance marketplace performance.
Stay updated on marketplace platform changes, ensuring strategies remain effective.
Develop and execute strategies that increase visibility, conversion, and repeat engagement on partner and owned platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, marketing, finance, and culinary to ensure smooth execution of off-premise programs and promotions.
Drive strategic thinking around growth opportunities for owned channels
Partner with internal analytics and finance teams to manage and optimize commission structures, fees, and incentives to improve bottom-line impact.
Maintain accurate and optimized menus, pricing, and availability across all platforms.
Monitor guest feedback and operational KPIs to ensure a frictionless off-premise experience.
Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Google Analytics and Power BI to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Implement advanced tagging strategies to ensure accurate data tracking and reliable reporting.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product management, with proven success driving revenue growth through digital platforms (websites, apps, and third-party marketplaces).
3+ years of experience managing third-party commerce partnerships, ideally with aggregators such as Uber Eats and DoorDash
Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI, with hands-on experience using A/B testing to optimize performance.
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, UX best practices, and Agile processes, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Drupal/WordPress, Soci/Yext, and HTML for managing projects and collaborating effectively.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams and align cross-functional teams.
Passion for improving digital commerce capabilities and delivering seamless, guest-centric digital experiences.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
