Lead organic social media strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
Manage social media agency relationships and oversee content creation, photo shoots, community engagement, and campaign execution.
Monitor social trends and industry shifts, identifying opportunities to elevate Noodles’ brand presence.
Analyze social media performance metrics, optimizing engagement strategies based on insights.
Engage social listening to monitor brand reputation and opportunities for engagement.
Partner with internal teams to ensure guest feedback is streamlined across marketing, operations, and other key departments.
Influencer & Community Partnerships
Develop and lead influencer marketing strategy, ensuring partnerships align with brand initiatives.
Oversee influencer activations, briefing talent on campaign goals and brand messaging.
Manage influencer and agency relationships, tracking performance and optimizing future partnerships.
Measure impact by establishing clear KPIs.
Partner with paid media team to elevate and leverage influencer content.
Internal & Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Integrate with customer insights and use guest feedback and sentiment analysis to influencer broader marketing strategies.
Establish a proactive response system for social issues and brand sentiment shifts.
Stay informed on media coverage and prepare brand-aligned responses to guest inquiries.
Partner with internal teams on leveraging local and national marketing efforts for brand engagement.
Support corporate initiatives such as the Noodles Foundation, culture & belonging efforts, and internal communications.
What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5-7 years of experience on the agency or client side in a similar role. Experience in restaurant, retail, or consumer brands is a plus, but transferable experience from other industries is welcome.
Strong knowledge of social media management, public relations, and digital brand engagement, with a track record of executing successful campaigns.
Experience with influencer marketing and relationship management, with the ability to build authentic partnerships.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and platforms.
Familiarity with social media analytics, content performance tracking, and media monitoring tools to measure success and refine strategies.
Ability to manage agency and vendor partnerships, ensuring collaboration drives strong results.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
