Write effective, consistent, and up to date training materials and courses that support key initiatives as assigned
Act as the subject matter expert in all aspects of operations, including being able to evaluate restaurant operations and make suggestions to improve standards
Collaborate with Ops Services Team to edit and provide feedback and support
Create video with audio for training courses/materials
Responsible for LMS (Learning Management System) Administration Support including but not limited to, reporting, approving contributions, and monitoring comments
Administrative support for Ops Service Team including managing inventory of printed materials, shipping items to restaurants, reporting and responding to tickets from the field.
What You Bring to the Team
A proven combination of experience in training development and restaurant operations.
Minimum of three years of experience in the restaurant industry or a related field, with a focus on operations or training.
Must work well with others and be team oriented in nature
Ability to collaborate with members of the Training Team and other departments
Creative, flexible and able to adapt to industry change
Articulate and solid communicator with effective presentation skills
Solid writing, proof-reading, and editing ability is required
Proficiency with MS Office is required; Knowledge of Adobe Software (Premiere Pro and Photoshop) is preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Ability to exercise independent judgment
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
