About You The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Noodles & Company Corporate-owned restaurant locations and Central Support Office expenses. This role reports to the Accounting Department.

Review invoices and approval thresholds before entering them into the accounting system.
Review vendor statements and address any vendor related questions or concerns as needed
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with external vendors and corporate restaurant management teams.
Accounts Payable Management
Maintain and manage policies, procedures, and priorities of accounts payable.
Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with period-end entries and accruals.
Assist with 1099 processing.
Provide support to Accounts Payable and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks or projects.
SOX Compliance:
Interface with auditors as required.
Maintain familiarity with current approval thresholds and matrix information to ensure compliance.
What You Bring to the Team
Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in a publicly traded company or familiarity with SOX compliance.
Working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while collaborating in a team environment.
Demonstrate Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy of information.
Proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office, as well as general accounting software.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred
